Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Closing Manager - Real Estate Sales. The Closing Manager will manage end-to-end closing processes, facilitate customer interactions, oversee funding and loan documentation, and collaborate with various sales teams to ensure successful and timely property closings. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders in the mortgage lending process and ensuring a seamless experience for clients during property transactions.

Locations :Yavat/Keshav Nagar/South

Key Responsibilities:

-Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner.

- Follow up with clients for a visit.

- Track and record every client need and close the deal.

- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.

- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration.

A minimum of six months of experience in closing within the real estate industry.

Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and legal aspects of property transactions.

Good communication and convincing skills

Understanding Social Cues.

Ability to Negotiate.

Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Should be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.
