Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–6 Years in Real Estate Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Closing Manager to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site visits, client interactions, negotiations, and successful closure of property sales. The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase projects and inventory.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans to facilitate closures.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Channel Partners, CRM, and Sales Support teams.
- Ensure timely documentation and booking formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification
- Graduate in any Bachelor Degree .
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Property Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong local market knowledge of Thane, Mumbai, and surrounding regions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
