Job Description Closing Manager (Real Estate Sales)

Position: Closing Manager / Sales Manager Closures

Experience: 3-6 years in Real Estate Closures / Site Sales / Consultative Selling

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert walk-ins and sourced leads into bookingsthrough consultative selling.
  • Conduct professional site presentations, pricing discussions, and objection handling.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure seamless booking experience.
  • Maintain daily booking pipeline, conversion ratio, and revenue achievement reports .
  • Drive upselling / cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per client.
  • Ensure high customer experience and referrals post-booking .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong closing capabilities with proven track record in real estate sales .
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal negotiation
  • Should be target-driven and process-oriented.
