Position: Closing Manager / Sales Manager Closures
Experience: 3-6 years in
Real Estate Closures / Site Sales / Consultative Selling
Key Responsibilities
- Convert walk-ins and sourced leads into bookingsthrough consultative selling.
- Conduct professional site presentations, pricing discussions, and objection handling.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure seamless booking experience.
- Maintain daily booking pipeline, conversion ratio, and revenue achievement reports .
- Drive upselling / cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per client.
- Ensure high customer experience and referrals post-booking .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong closing capabilities with proven track record in real estate sales .
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal negotiation
- Should be target-driven and process-oriented.
