Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Thane. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage funding, closings, and loan documentation. The role also involves assisting sales teams with the execution of contracts and ensuring smooth customer experiences throughout the closing process.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 36 years of proven experience in sales closing, business development, or account management
  • Experience in high-ticket sales, real estate, luxury goods, or services is an added advantage

Work Schedule
  • Full-time role (6 days a week / as per company policy)
