Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Closing Manager to manage and convert qualified leads into successful property sales. The candidate will play a key role in handling client interactions, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closures in the real estate sales

process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into successful closures
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visit coordination
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and finalize deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients until closure
• Coordinate with sales, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate Sales / Closing preferred
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
• Target-oriented mindset with closure-focused approach
• Good understanding of real estate sales process and customer handling
