Role Description The Closing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role oversees the end-to-end closing process for sales and loan transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating documentation for closings, verifying loan and funding details, and working closely with sales teams, lenders, and customers to resolve discrepancies. The Closing Manager reviews contracts and mortgage lending documents, confirms all conditions are met before funding, and maintains detailed records for each transaction. The role also involves updating internal systems, preparing closing reports, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications

Experience managing transaction closings, with strong skills in Closings and documentation review.
Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
Background in Sales and customer-facing interactions, with the ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of Funding procedures, disbursement timelines, and related financial controls.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in standard office software.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in real estate, banking, or financial services; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
