engagement.
The Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented Freelance closer to join our First Gear growth phase. Your primary goal is to identify cafes, pitch our high-value website development package, and close the deal. Once you close the client and secure the advance, our technical team takes over for consultation, design, and maintenance. Your job is to open the door and seal the deal.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Use Google Maps and local directories to identify potential cafes and restaurants that need a professional digital presence.
Outreach & Pitching: Conduct cold calls or virtual meeting with cafe owners/managers to pitch our 7,000 Website Development Package. Closing: Handle objections and move the client
toward a signed agreement and advance payment. Client Handover: Collect basic requirements and hand over the closed lead to our technical team for execution.
Compensation & Perks (Commission Only)
This is a 100% commission-based freelance role with a highly competitive payout.
Commission: 20% of the total project value per closure.
Payout Structure:
Part 1: Paid immediately after the client pays the initial advance.
Part 2: Paid once the project is delivered and the client clears the final balance.
Target Price: Our standard website package is priced at 7,000 to 10000, making it a very easy sell for local business owners.
Flexibility: Work from anywhere, anytime. No fixed hours.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales (Field sales or Tele-sales preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain digital products (Websites/QR Menus) to non-technical business owners. Self-motivated and hungry to close deals.
