Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement CLM solutions, including workflows, templates, approval hierarchies, business rules, and notifications.
- Implement and manage user roles, permissions, access controls, and security configurations within the CLM platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate requirements into CLM configurations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design discussions, configuration workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues, support UAT, and assist with go-live and post-implementation support.
Skills Required:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience with CLM solution implementations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation experience across at least two full lifecycle implementations.
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Agiloft CLM.
- Strong experience configuring workflows, templates, approval processes, clause libraries, business rules, forms, roles, and permissions.
- Testing and validation of CLM configurations to ensure functionality, usability, compliance, and performance.
Good to Have:
- Procurement domain knowledge, configuration troubleshooting, and experience supporting implementation workshops and UAT.
Education: B. Sc., B.B.A., or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
