We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help lead and support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities, with a strong focus on Ironclad or similar CLM platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical product thinking, business systems analysis, and hands-on system administration to improve contract workflows, user experience, and platform adoption.

In this role, you will partner with Legal, Sales, IT, and Integration teams to enhance the end-to-end contracting process. You will play a key role in configuring and supporting CLM workflows, maintaining system administration activities, gathering business requirements, enabling integrations, and helping scale efficient, compliant contracting operations. Major Responsibilities

  • Act as a hands-on functional and technical expert for Ironclad or a comparable CLM platform, supporting configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of contract workflows. Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field

Certification / Licensure

Ironclad certification preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise applications, CLM, legal systems, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Ironclad or another Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
