CLM Engineer – E-mudhra (Managed Services)

The CLM Engineer will manage the remote operation, monitoring, and optimization of the E-mudhra Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform under a Managed Services model, ensuring secure, compliant, and SLA-driven certificate services.
Mandatory Requirement
✔ 3–5 years hands-on experience with E-mudhra Certificate / CLM
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 monitoring of CLM platforms, certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiry risks
- Incident detection, logging, resolution, and RCA as per SLA
- L1/L2/L3 support in an MSP environment
- Change, configuration, and platform management (ITIL aligned)
- Security operations, vulnerability management, audit, and compliance support
- Service reporting, SLA/KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
- User access management, documentation, and knowledge base updates
- Vendor coordination and operational optimization
Skills & Experience
- Strong CLM, PKI, X.509 certificate knowledge
- MSP operations experience
- Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, and ITIL processes
- Remote support and shift-based operations experience
Expertise:
- Microsoft AD CS integration
- ACME / SCEP / EST protocols
- SIEM, automation, and scripting exposure
