We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Indore, India.

Job Purpose:

• The CLM Program aims to expand in form of an India based Center-of-Expertise offering deployment project management, system design and configuration and legal clause management to insource all CLM development and maintenance efforts.
• Seeking a skilled Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Center of Excellence (COE) Manager to lead an India based team dedicated to providing CLM platform maintenance and development projects. The role is situated in a CLM Program team that supports all use case deployments of Sirion for DHL customer and supplier contracts globally across 220 countries.

Your tasks:

• Build and lead a team of various role profiles required to deliver maintenance and configuration projects of a global IT instance used by multiple business units across numerous countries
• Leadership includes disciplinary direct reports and functional steering of associated roles in IT support, IT delivery and legal clause management
• Advise executive business partners on CLM deployment use case potential
• Challenge executive business partners on business process design assumptions
• Manage COE deployment projects (e.g. scope, timeline, staffing, charging)
• Manage incoming business partner request pipeline by categorizing requests based on analyses of complexity, fit to product and instance implications
• Track and oversee ongoing maintenance and development efforts to prioritize new requests and report status to management and business partners
• Identify harmonization / standardization potential across use cases deployed on the same instance
• Support creation of proposals to align on instance wide design tradeoffs across all use cases
• Support in IT application and vendor performance management related topics

Your profile:

Education Level

• University degree in a relevant field

Experience Level

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT work experience including disciplinary leadership experience
• Proficient in English, with excellent professional communication skills
