Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

We are seeking a passionate individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store and mobile app, with a specific focus on driving sales, launching new products, and enhancing customer engagement. This role will also be responsible for managing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), utilizing a variety of communication platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, emailers, MoEngage, and QuickChat

Key Responsibilities:

-Shopify & Mobile App Operations Management

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the Shopify store and mobile app to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the planning and execution of new product launches, including working closely with cross functional teams
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create and implement sales campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal offers
  • Continuously monitor user experience on both platforms and highlight challenges

-Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Take full ownership of CLM, driving customer engagement through personalized messaging across various platforms: WhatsApp, SMS, emailers, MoEngage, and Quickchat
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to create relevant, timely, and compelling messages that resonate with different customer segments

-Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, content, and product teams to develop materials for CLM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and launch new sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers
  • Act as a liaison between the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing strategies for new product releases

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in any related field

-Excellent communication and project management skills with attention to detail

-High ownership and execution proficiency

-Prior experience or proficiency in Data Management
