We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) with strong clinical operations leadership and project management expertise to manage endtoend clinical trial execution. This is an officebased, individual contributor role requiring proven ability to handle highpressure timelines and crossfunctional coordination

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local trial activities in compliance with protocol, GCP, and SOPs.
  • Oversee site selection, startup, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Interface with investigators, site teams, vendors, and global study teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of study milestones while managing risk and issue resolution.
  • Drive quality oversight, performance metrics, and site monitoring excellence.
  • Support audits/inspections and ensure inspectionreadiness at all times.
  • Provide guidance to CRAs and ensure robust monitoring across sites.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 12+ years in Clinical Operations with strong onsite monitoring experience.
  • 2-3 years of project management or study leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ICHGCP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proven experience in Oncology, Cardiology, or Pulmonology trials.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in highpressure environments with tight timelines.
