What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects running on schedule
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
- Coordinate with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
- Identify risks early, resolve operational issues efficiently, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical operations experience to projects that inform and improve AI systems in healthcare
Who You Are
- Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong grasp of timelines, budgets, and operational workflows
- Comfortable managing CROs, vendors, and external research partners
- Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams and keeping complex, multi-site studies running smoothly
- A clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and flag problems before they escalate
- Self-directed and reliable — you don't need hand-holding to deliver results
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or research data platforms
- Background in regulatory affairs, site management, or clinical data management
