Role Description

This role integrates clinical practice, applied research, and intervention development within a preventive mental health framework. The Clinical Psychologist & Research Associate will provide ethical, evidence-based psychological support, contribute to the design of structured mental health interventions, and support research-driven program development. The role also includes mentoring junior psychologists and translating clinical insights into scalable, real-world solutions.

Role Description: Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counselling and therapy sessions
  • Perform psychological assessments, case formulation, and treatment planning
  • Support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation challenges, and related concerns
  • Design and refine preventive mental health interventions suitable for digital and program-based delivery
  • Contribute to the development of an AI-based mental health platform by defining therapeutic frameworks, intervention logic, and clinical workflows
  • Conduct literature reviews and applied research to support evidence-based digital interventions
  • Assist in developing and validating assessments, surveys, and outcome-measurement tools
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and design teams to translate clinical insights into scalable solutions
  • Mentor and train junior psychologists and interns, including guidance on case handling, documentation, and ethical practices
  • Maintain accurate clinical and research documentation in line with professional and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • RCI registration or eligibility, as applicable ( Preffered )
  • Prior experience in counselling or therapeutic settings
  • Strong grounding in clinical ethics and professional standards
  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with research, intervention design, and mentorship
  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills
