Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Pharmacist role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, overseeing the preparation of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and offering expert advice on drug usage. Daily tasks include conducting medication reviews, counseling patients on the proper use of medications, monitoring for drug interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in patient care. Additional responsibilities could include contributing to wellness initiatives and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical practices.
• Proficiency in analyzing prescriptions, providing medication advice, and monitoring patient health.
• Strong communication and counseling skills to educate patients on medication and wellness practices.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
• Certification or licensing as a Clinical Pharmacist in accordance with local regulations.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or working with EMRs/EHRs is an advantage.
