Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Duration: Full time

Experience: 6-8 years mandatory

Shift: UK Shift (02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and strong Clinical Operations domain knowledge, along with good SQL and Reporting/Analytics skills, to provide support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve business user tickets independently.

• Support queries related to Clinical Operations.

• Analyse and troubleshoot reports and NLQ outputs.

• Investigate data discrepancies and perform data reconciliation.

• Work with business users to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations.

• Good hands-on experience with SQL.

• Experience in Reporting and Analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently.
