Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for our Client, for a a Clinical Nurse based in Saligramam, Chennai.
The Clinical Nurse will provide top-notch care to patients, assist in implementing treatment plans, and assess patient conditions.
Responsibilities include administering medications, tracking medical history, collaborating with medical teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
The role also involves educating patients and their families on proper recovery and wellness practices.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in patient care, administering medications, and medical record management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams to develop and execute treatment plans.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and healthcare software systems.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and relevant clinical experience.
- Compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a varying-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification is preferable but not mandatory.
