Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and patient-focused nurse who can independently manage clinical and coordination responsibilities in a dynamic pain practice. This role requires independent working capability, ownership, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pain procedures and maintain strict asepsis
- Prepare and maintain procedure room with strict asepsis
- Monitor and support patients before, during, and after procedures
- Handle patient communication (in-person and phone) /Support reception duties when required
- Maintain clinical records and documentation
- Manage inventory (drugs, consumables, equipment tracking)
- Ensure overall clinic hygiene, organization, and discipline
- Coordinate daily workflow efficiently
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi required)
- Basic to good computer skills (MS Office, digital records, messaging)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Organized, Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Desirable Experience (Any One is a Strong Advantage)
- Pain clinic / Palliative care experience / OT experience/ ICU / HDU
- Experience in handling procedures or clinical setups
- Inventory or clinic operations experience
Required Qualifications
- GNM or BSc Nursing Mandatory
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply
