Position: Medical Lead.

Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore (Office-based, with occasional traveling)

Languages known: English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred)

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Lead who will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and digital innovation.

This role goes beyond traditional clinical responsibilities - you will be at the forefront of clinical strategy, digital health program execution, and product innovation, playing a critical role in shaping how patients are monitored and managed remotely.

Qualification and Academic Requirements:

  • Must hold an MD in General Medicine or Cardiology.
  • At least 4-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare technology setting with exposure to digital health or remote patient monitoring.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership & Program Oversight

  • Lead and manage end-to-end clinical operations for remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs
  • Ensure high-quality patient care while optimizing clinical workflows in a digital environment
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker for complex patient cases

2. Clinical Trials & Research Excellence

  • Design and oversee clinical trials to evaluate digital health interventions
  • Ensure adherence to scientific rigor, regulatory standards, and ethical practices
  • Drive data quality for publications, insights, and clinical validation

3. Product & Innovation Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to provide clinical inputs
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital health solutions, especially in heart failure management
  • Translate real-world clinical insights into product improvements

4. SOPs & Clinical Governance

  • Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Establish best practices for digital health operations

5. Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Drive clinical strategy for new and existing digital health initiatives
  • Balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Identify opportunities to scale programs and improve patient outcomes

6. Remote Patient Management

  • Oversee patient monitoring, including vitals tracking and medication adjustments
  • Provide clinical summaries and decision support to cardiologists and partner sites
  • Independently manage patient care where required
