Find out more: Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will lead clinical laboratory study management activities across studies in India and collaborate with global teams. You will coordinate with clinical teams, central laboratories, vendors and local stakeholders to ensure studies run on time and to quality standards. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead clinical laboratory setup and ongoing management from study start-up through close-out. - Act as primary contact between the study team and the central laboratory to resolve operational issues. - Oversee sample flow, chain of custody, and bio-specimen handling procedures. - Track study deliverables, timelines, budgets and vendor performance highlight and mitigate risks. - Maintain clinical trial management systems, eTMF completeness and laboratory-related documentation. - Support audit and inspection readiness for laboratory and sample management activities. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research or similar field. - Minimum 5 years experience in clinical operations or laboratory study management. - Practical experience managing sample handling, central laboratory interactions, or bio-specimen logistics. - Experience working with vendors, CROs or third-party laboratories. - Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills. - Ability to work onsite in India with occasional hybrid collaboration across global teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Master's degree or clinical research certification. - Experience with eTMF, clinical trial management systems, and laboratory data reconciliation. - Knowledge of regulations and good clinical practice relevant to sample management. - Proven track record of delivering studies on time and within budget. - Experience supporting audits and inspections. - Comfortable working in a matrix environment and coaching junior colleagues.
