The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-5 years of experience in healthcare or clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze clinical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and obtain missing documentation.
- Assist in the training of staff on best practices for clinical documentation.
- Maintain and update documentation databases and systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBBS, MBBS with MHM / MPH/ MBA
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of coding systems (ICD, CPT) is a plus.
