Job Description

Summary:

You will be part of the Life Sciences R&D division, supporting clinical data management and clinical database build efforts for leading biopharma clients. Your role involves developing and maintaining clinical trial databases, creating electronic Case Report Forms (CRFs), and programming validation and edit checks. You will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of database processes using programming and data integration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop clinical study databases by building electronic Case Report Forms (CRFs) as per specifications.
Program and implement Edit and Validation Checks to ensure data quality.
Support updates or changes to study databases, including protocol amendments, through the change control process.
Integrate data from external sources such as labs and Interactive Response Technology (IRT).
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure data security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the clinical data management environment.
Solve routine problems using established guidelines and precedents.
Act as an individual contributor within a team, following detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
Participate in rotational shifts as required.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (Procedural Language Extensions to SQL) and SQL.
Programming skills in C, C++, C#, Java, and Javascript.
Experience in clinical database programming and clinical data management.
Knowledge of SAS Clinical tools is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Adaptability and agility for quick learning.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science, graduating in 2024 or 2025 with all semester results available.
