About the Role

Support end-to-end clinical data pipelines across lake/warehouse environments (build, run, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot) to ensure stable, traceable operations. Assist with operational support activities including monitoring/alerting, incident triage, root cause analysis support, and implementing corrective/preventive actions under guidance. Develop and enhance cloud ETL/ELT pipelines (AWS/Azure) for ingestion, transformation, and delivery, following established patterns and standards. Implement automation for scheduling, repeatable ingestion, and automated quality checks to improve reliability and timeliness. Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards and data visualizations using approved platforms to support pipeline health monitoring, data quality oversight, and operational reporting for stakeholders. Support vendor and cross-functional integrations by implementing data transfers per specifications, performing validation/reconciliation, and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with downstream teams (Stat Programming, SDTM, Analytics, Clinical Data Programming) to understand data needs and deliver required datasets/exports (format, structure, cadence). Contribute to on-time, high-quality delivery against agreed specifications and participate in tracking and reporting operational KPIs (e.g., timeliness, success rate, defects) through dashboards and metrics. Follow controlled documentation and change practices for regulated clinical processes; support GxP/CSV activities by maintaining required documentation, test evidence, and traceability as assigned. Apply data integrity practices (e.g., ALCOA+ expectations per internal standards) and adhere to access controls and audit trail/logging requirements in collaboration with Quality/Compliance/IT.
