Clinical Data Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Data Associate, based in Bengaluru. The Clinical Data Associate will be responsible for managing and processing clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining data entry, conducting data validation, preparing reports, and supporting audit and monitoring processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining data integrity are essential aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in managing clinical trial data and familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Strong skills in data validation, data cleaning, and quality control procedures
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in software tools such as Excel and data management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in clinical research or data management is preferred
