Role OverviewWe are seeking aClinical Data Analystwho can manage, interpret, and validate healthcare data across multiple systems includingEHR data, practice management data, patient demographics, appointments, PDMP, compliance datasets, and operational clinical metrics. The ideal candidate should be skilled in working with healthcare datasets stored acrossMySQL, MongoDB, Google Sheets/Drive, and other structured/unstructured sources while ensuring strict data privacy and HIPAA-aligned handling.
Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, clean, transform, and validate clinical and practice datasets from:
Create dashboards and reports for:
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and PHI integrity
Work with internal teams to support:
Implement data dictionaries, mapping logic, and metadata standards
Maintain HIPAA-aligned handling of PHI and PMI at all times
Collaborate with engineering to improve data pipelines and automation
Required Skills & ExperienceDomain & Regulatory KnowledgeHealthcare data workflows (EHR/PM/clinical systems)
Understanding of PHI, PMI, HIPAA handling protocols
Familiarity with PDMP, compliance reporting, and clinical measures
Technical SkillsSQL and MySQL querying
MongoDB querying and aggregation
Data wrangling using Excel/Sheets and CSV sources
ETL / data cleansing concepts
Ability to reconcile disparate datasets
Analytical & ReportingStrong statistical and analytical thinking
Ability to produce insights and narrative summaries
Experience with dashboards (any of the below):
Experience in HL7, CCD/CCDA, FHIR data models
Experience with Python or R for data processing
Experience in healthcare operations or RCM analytics
Experience working with US healthcare practices
Experience with data quality automation
Soft SkillsHigh attention to detail

Ability to work independently with remote US teams
