Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Clinical Operations or Life Sciences.

* Strong understanding of clinical operational datasets and processes (CTMS, eTMF, study conduct, enrollment, site performance, monitoring).

* Proven experience in:

* Data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, relationships, metadata).

* Data profiling, data quality assessment, and root cause analysis.

* Comparative analysis across systems, releases, or data versions.

* Performing impact analysis for data or system changes.

* Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools.

* Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire).

* Knowledge of clinical trial processes, and operational workflows.

* Strong communication skills to translate technical data insights into business language.

* Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
