Role Summary

We are hiring a Clinical Consultant to support clinical case review, patient coordination, and medical data management within a digital healthcare platform. The role involves working closely with clinicians and patients to ensure high-quality case preparation and efficient clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records and prepare structured clinical summaries
• Ensure completeness and quality of medical data submitted
• Identify need for additional investigations and coordinate follow-ups
• Support case routing to appropriate specialists
• Assist in appointment coordination and patient communication
• Contribute to clinical documentation, SOPs, and workflow optimization
• Ensure adherence to clinical governance, documentation, and compliance standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBBS with 25 years experience (GP / Emergency / TPA / Hospital / Telemedicine)
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital health platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
