What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends and insights that drive care delivery improvements and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted outputs that inform leadership decisions across clinical and administrative functions
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare analytics content, ensuring outputs meet the standards of real clinical environments
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated healthcare environments
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Strong command of SQL and familiarity with modern BI and reporting tools
- Deep experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets
- Comfortable leading or mentoring analytics teams and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Exposure to AI tools or machine learning workflows in a healthcare context
- Background in health informatics, population health, or clinical decision support
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
