Clinical Application Specialist - French Speaking

Location: 100% Remote - India
Employment Type: Permanent
Travel: France, Switzerland and other European countries

About the Client

Our client is a healthcare technology business providing cloud-based medical imaging and radiology software to hospitals and healthcare providers internationally.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to support customers across the full product lifecycle, from demonstrations and implementation to training and first-line support.

You'll work directly with French-speaking healthcare professionals, helping them use the software effectively while feeding customer insights back to product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver product demonstrations, implementations and go-live support.
Configure imaging workflows and train customers in English and French.
Provide first-line support to French-speaking customers.
Troubleshoot issues, document cases in English and coordinate escalations.
Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Develop training materials, user guides and French-language support content.

Required Experience

Fluent French and English - spoken French is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Science or a related field.
4-5 years relevant experience in clinical applications, medical imaging or radiology IT.
Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS and DICOM.
Experience in customer-facing support, troubleshooting and case documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel to France, Switzerland and other European countries.

Nice to Have

Experience with CT, MRI, ultrasound or teleradiology.
Knowledge of HL7, RIS integration or healthcare IT.
Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk or Azure DevOps.
Additional European languages.
