The Opportunity: Clinic Receptionist (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Hyderabad facility. This is a full-time, on-site role crucial to ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience from the moment they contact us.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management: Expertly manage all appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up processes.

Patient Experience: Warmly greet and assist patients, manage patient inquiries, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming reception area.

Front-Desk Operations: Efficiently handle all incoming calls, manage administrative tasks, and maintain professional front-desk operations.

Coordination: Act as a key liaison, coordinating effectively with medical staff and practitioners to ensure seamless patient flow.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Proven Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and general Receptionist Duties.

Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Customer Service Skills.

Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office operations. Experience in Laser Therapy, Skin and Hair care is a significant advantage.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred: Prior experience in a similar healthcare or clinical setting.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office management or a related field are a plus.
