Dabble is a Shark Tankfeatured brand and India's first clean-label play brand, creating toxin-free, sensory art kits designed for meaningful, screen-free play.

We are building a new category in early childhoodrooted in creativity, safety, and child-led exploration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to build and scale Dabble's presence within pediatric clinics.

This role involves meeting pediatricians, building trust, and creating meaningful engagement models through workshops, awareness sessions, and in-clinic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Outreach & Partnerships

  • Identify and connect with pediatric clinics, child development centers, and healthcare networks
  • Meet pediatricians and clinic owners to introduce Dabble's philosophy and products
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with medical professionals

Awareness & Engagement Programs

  • Conceptualize and conduct awareness sessions for parents within clinics
  • Position Dabble as a valuable tool for child development and creative expression
  • Collaborate with doctors to design relevant engagement formats

Revenue & In-Clinic Sales Model

  • Develop and implement sales models within clinics (product placement, curated kits, etc.)
  • Drive product adoption through clinic partnerships
  • Ensure consistent revenue generation from clinic channels

Events & Workshops

  • Plan and execute workshops and interactive sessions at clinics
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and facilitation
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for both parents and children

Relationship Management & Follow-ups

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clinics and doctors
  • Build long-term partnerships and repeat engagement opportunities
  • Track performance and optimize partnerships

Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in business development, medical outreach, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable meeting doctors and working in clinical environments
  • Experience in healthcare, edtech, or early childhood is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Self-driven and proactive
