Responsibilities

• OverallgrowthanddevelopmentofBodycraftClinic.
• TrainingtheconsultantsaboutclinicalproceduresandmakingthemunderstandhowSkinclinic works.
• AmalgationofSkincareSalonandspawithSkinclinicaltreatmentsastoMakeBodycraftthe completesolutionforclientbeautyandgrooming.
• ControllingthecostandtakingcareofP&L.
• BuildingtheBodycraftClinicbyviadifferentbrandingandmarketingchannels.
• Creatingawarenessamongexistingsalonandspaclientsthroughdifferentchannelofeducation.
• CreatingawarenessoutsidetheBodycraftuniverseaboutourDermatologistandBodycraft Clinic.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate or Masters in any discipline, but not a mandate

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as Operations Manager/Store Manager
• Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Outlook
• Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as Clinic Manager
