Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Incharge, located in Mohali Sector 70 ,Punjab .The Clinic Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the medical team to deliver high-quality patient care. The role also includes supervising sales activities, training team members, and maintaining an organized and efficient clinic environment.
Qualifications
BDS/Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on enhancing patient satisfaction and addressing patient concerns effectively.
- Basic understanding of Medicine to coordinate with the Patients of ENT and Dental Department.
- Proven Team Leadership and Training abilities to manage, motivate, and develop the clinic staff.
- Effective Sales skills to contribute to clinic growth and engage clients in services offered.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare, clinic management, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in Cosmetic Dentistry. .
Note....
Time of Job. 10:00 am to 8:00pm
It is a full time job with weekly one off.
Salary 15,000 to 20,000 and added Incentive based on Experience and work.
