Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics & Insights on the Sales Enablement & Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Excel.
• Analyze sales pipeline, opportunity, account, pursuit, and performance data to identify trends, exceptions, and reporting gaps.
• Translate business questions into metrics, dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs for sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Support automation of recurring data preparation, reporting, validation, and distribution activities using approved tools.
• Validate data, calculations, filters, refreshes, and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data analysis, sales analytics, or automation.
• Experience developing or maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, lookups, data validation, data preparation, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or another customer relationship management platform.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality control practices.
• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, engineering, computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of Python, Power Query, Power BI, or other reporting and automation tools.
  
  

Preferred:

• Master's degree in business administration, analytics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sales reporting, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting.
• Experience automating recurring reports, data preparation activities, or analytical workflows.
• Experience maintaining documentation for dashboards, data sources, business definitions, workflows, or reporting controls.
