Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries via live chat and email, covering account issues, deposits and withdrawals issues, general product and services inquiries, etc; escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
  • Support the sales team by preparing and providing reports on deposits, withdrawals, and other relevant account activities.
  • Assist other teams with ad hoc requests related to client operations or system updates

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Client Support roles, preferably within the fintech industry; experience in the forex sector is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of Forex trading concepts and industry best practices is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM systems, and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and resolve issues with clients and internal teams.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple client inquiries and tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
