Location: Malad West, Mumbai (Onsite)

Shift Hours: 8 PM – 5 AM | Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Fixed Night Shift

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for smart, proactive, and highly organized professionals with excellent English communication skills to support our US-based clients with administrative coordination, client communication, scheduling, and operational support activities.

Candidates with experience in international processes, customer support, executive coordination, or client servicing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication via email and calls

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups

Handle administrative and operational support tasks

Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation

Ensure timely responses and task completion

Coordinate with internal teams and international clients

Support day-to-day client servicing activities

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Support / International Process / Client Coordination / Operations Support
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in US shifts
