Description of Role
The Client Support Executive is responsible for providing exceptional service to international clients through calls, emails, and chat support. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must maintain professional client relationships, ensure timely resolution of issues, and support operational activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international client support.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with high-speed internet.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask with good organizational skills.
- Basic working knowledge of CRM systems for maintaining client communication.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Promptly attend to and resolve clients concerns via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with all clients.
- Stay updated with all products and services offered by StockTake Online.
- Perform manual tasks and sales import activities within defined deadlines.
- Execute any tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
