Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Initiate outbound calls forpitchingthe inward/outward remittances,follow-upsandpromotional offers.
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product information,transactioninquiries, andothergeneral queries.
Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Data Management:
Maintain detailed call logs and reports as per company standards.
Accurately record customer details, interactions, and issue resolutions.
Update customer accounts with relevant information and ensure data integrity.
Sales conversion
Should be able to convert the leads to target based sales
Product Knowledge:
Thoroughly understand the company's product line, features, pricing, and policies to accurately answer customer questions.
Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and service changes.
Compliance and Quality:
Adhere to established call centre protocols, scripts, and quality standards.
Monitor performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to guidelines.
Participate in regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Escalation and Collaboration:
Identify complex issues that require escalation tosuperiors.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
