About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Client support engineer who can build, optimize, and maintain the platform.

  • Role: Client Support Engineer
  • Location: Pune
  • Experience: 4+ years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary technical support contact for client-facing platforms (Radial, Elevation, eDiscovery).
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, for instance hygiene, roster uploads, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Support case teams with platform functionality explanations and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, metrics, and documentation for instances and support activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve support workflows.
  • Exhibit excellent customer communication skills.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Basic technical support skills to troubleshoot and maintain client platforms.
  • Platform handling abilities like roster uploads and updating system records.
  • Clear communication skills to help users and explain platform features.
  • Good tracking and documentation skills to maintain reports and logs.
