About the role

HONCO Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Success & Sales Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This role is suitable for recent graduates and candidates at the beginning of their professional careers who are interested in sales, client onboarding, customer success, and product support.

The selected candidate will support the client journey by assisting with prospect engagement, client onboarding, and post-onboarding product training and support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and client Engagement

• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Assist in presenting and communicating the value of our product to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and support the client acquisition process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to onboarded client.

Client Onboarding and Customer Success

• Assist newly onboarded clients in getting started with the product.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Explain product features and functionalities clearly and effectively.
• Respond to client queries and provide timely support.
• Follow up with clients to help ensure a smooth product adoption experience.
• Collect client feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.

Qualifications & skills

• Graduate or recent graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective and existing clients.
• Ability to understand and explain product features clearly.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Basic knowledge or interest in sales, customer success, client onboarding, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Internship Details

This is a paid, full-time internship for a duration of six months. The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on relevant skills and performance.

Based on business requirements and the candidate's performance during the internship, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
