Title: Client Success Partner – Wealth Management & Investment Advisory
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) is mandatory.
Experience:
- Freshers to candidates with 6+ years of experience in sales, customer success, banking, mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, or financial services are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telesales, relationship management, portfolio discussions, or investment advisory is preferred based on role level.
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Investment Coaches to join our Client Success team. This role is suitable for professionals ranging from fresh graduates to experienced wealth management advisors.
As a Client Success Partner, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their financial goals, build long-term relationships, and guide them toward suitable investment opportunities. Depending on experience and expertise, responsibilities may include lead generation, client engagement, portfolio discussions, investment advisory, and management of high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Make 250+ dialed calls per day to potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive investment conversations.
- Achieve approximately 3 hours of talk time daily.
- Drive monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive client outreach and effective follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional investments from existing and prospective clients.
- Convert prospects into active investors through consultative conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients through confident, professional, and clear communication.
- Understand clients financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Conduct regular portfolio discussions and proactively engage clients based on evolving financial needs.
- Deliver a seamless and positive client experience throughout the investment journey.
Investment Advisory & Portfolio Discussions:
Based on experience, certification, and role level:
- Educate clients on investment fundamentals, including Equity, Debt, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
- Explain the differences between Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and other traditional investment products.
- Guide clients on various mutual fund categories, including Large Cap, Mid Cap, Small Cap, Flexi Cap, Hybrid, Debt, Sectoral, and Thematic Funds.
- Conduct client risk profiling and suitability assessments.
- Analyze client portfolios for asset allocation, diversification, and portfolio overlap.
- Read and interpret mutual fund factsheets and performance metrics.
- Recommend suitable investment opportunities aligned with clients goals and risk profiles.
- Promote disciplined investing and long-term wealth creation strategies.
Learning & Development:
- Continuously enhance knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and wealth management concepts.
- Participate in structured training programs and apply learning in client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and investment products.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications within defined timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Freshers to candidates with 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, banking, mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, or financial services are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telesales, relationship management, portfolio discussions, or investment advisory is preferred based on role level.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Finance or related disciplines are an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Core Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence, spontaneity, and the ability to think on your feet during client interactions.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Investment Knowledge:
Candidates should possess or be willing to develop knowledge of:
- Equity, Debt, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
- Mutual fund categories and their risk-return characteristics.
- Client risk profiling and goal-based investing.
- Asset allocation and portfolio diversification principles.
- Portfolio analysis and mutual fund factsheet interpretation.
- Regulatory classifications and investment suitability frameworks.
Certifications:
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) is mandatory.
- Candidates who are not certified must be willing to obtain the certification within the prescribed timeline.
- Additional certifications such as NISM Series X-A/X-B, CFP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
