If you're someone who loves people, thrives on conversations, and finds joy in making clients smile — this one's for you. At QubeHealth, we're simplifying healthcare payments for millions. As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the bridge between our product and the people who use it.

Think of yourself as the Account Manager meets Relationship Architect.

This isn't your typical back-office role. We're looking for someone who's ready to own relationships, lead conversations, and grow with a fast-paced health-fintech company.

Who You Are

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, key account management, corporate sales, digital marketing, SaaS, corporate insurance, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You're empathetic, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
  • You're a natural at building relationships, love solving problems, and can thrive in ambiguity.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail (G-Suite).
  • Open to travel for client meetings and events.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to person for our corporate clients — from onboarding to day-to-day queries.
  • Build long-lasting relationships and delight clients with proactive support.
  • Train and guide client HR teams and employees on using QubeHealth's platform.
  • Track usage, gather feedback, and work closely with product, ops, and sales to deliver value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help expand our footprint within existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure high satisfaction levels at every touchpoint.
