Client Success Manager - Mortgage Operations

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager Mortgage Operations to manage and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing concerns, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will play a key role in driving client retention, improving processes, and enhancing the overall client experience.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary liaison
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mortgage processing services
• Address client concerns and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and operations teams
• Monitor client performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive client retention and long-term relationship growth
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Processing or Underwriting (required)
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
• Proven experience in customer retention and account management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
