We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing e-commerce campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, with a strong understanding of listing optimization, digital marketing strategies, and client management. As the main point of contact for USA-based clients, the Client Success Manager will ensure seamless communication, timely execution of campaigns, and the optimization of client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the services and results delivered.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee and manage e-commerce campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize product listings, ads, keywords, and campaigns to drive sales and performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement.
Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, and optimizations.
- Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports for clients.
- Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.
Collaboration With Internal Teams
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal operations/marketing team to execute plans efficiently.
Targeted Outreach
- Identify and engage with agencies servicing USA clients in need of e-commerce management and optimization services.
- Look for potential opportunities within Amazon's internal teams or related roles to recruit skilled professionals.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or e-commerce, ideally with a focus on Amazon, and Walmart.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce campaigns, particularly in listing optimization and advertising.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with USA-based clients.
- Fluency in English is a must; both written and verbal communication must be strong.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and a client-first attitude.
- Experience working in an agency setting or with large e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is highly preferred.
