About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Intern to support our day-to-day client operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how client success works in a fast-paced B2B fintech environment.

As an intern, you will focus on operational and recurring Client Success tasks, following clear SOPs, maintaining trackers, and assisting with simple client queries under the supervision of the Client Success team. This role provides hands-on experience in client operations, product workflows, and fintech customer management.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to repetitive client inquiries via communication channels ie. WhatsApp or email using predefined templates.
  • Update and maintain internal trackers (issues, response times, client status, usage monitoring).
  • Perform routine checks, such as login issues, document completeness, and product activity checks.
  • Monitor client usage and send periodic updates.
  • Assist in raising issues to internal teams after initial context is reviewed by a senior CS member.
  • Follow up on open items and ensure all details are properly captured and logged.
  • Support general client operations with accuracy, speed, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • Currently a university student or recent graduate (any major welcome; tech, business, or operations majors preferred).
  • Minimum internship commitment: 3 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of how APIs work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Postman or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow structured SOPs.
  • Willingness to support repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Interest in fintech, SaaS, or client operations is a plus.

Internship Details:

  • This is full-time internship with minimum commitment for 3 months
  • Monthly stipend will be provided
