About Niwi

Niwi is a premium nutrition and dietitian service helping Indian women rebuild their health through honest, personalised guidance. Our clients come to us with real health concerns, weight, hormones, energy, and lifestyle. Our job is to understand them deeply and connect them with the right program. We work on outcomes, not shortcuts.

Our sales team is female-led, inbound only, and consultative. No cold calling. No pressure tactics.

About This Role

You will be the first human touchpoint for women who have already shown interest in Niwi's programs. Your job is not to push a sale. It is to understand what the client needs, explain how Niwi works, match her to the right plan, and guide her toward a decision she feels confident about.

This is a high-trust role. The women you speak with are making a real investment in their health. How you handle that conversation matters.

What You'll Do

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads generated through ads and partnerships (no cold calling)
  • Listen carefully to understand each client's health concerns, lifestyle, and goals before recommending a plan
  • Clearly explain Niwi's programs and guide clients toward the right fit
  • Handle objections honestly and close conversions without pressure
  • Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets and CRM
  • Follow WhatsApp and call SOPs consistently
  • Share client feedback with the marketing and dietitian teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Ability to listen first, ask the right questions, and then recommend
  • Comfortable with daily targets and structured follow-up
  • Disciplined with notes, data, and process
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but if you're a strong communicator who hasn't held a formal sales title, we still want to hear from you
  • Interest or background in health, wellness, nutrition, or education is a genuine plus
