Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the successful adoption of our products/services. Your goal will be to enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base

Qualification:- Any Graduates/ BBA/MBA in Marketing

Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.

Proactive Support: Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.

Renewals and Upselling: Collaborate with the sales team to manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
