Role Description
Think of this role as a relationship manager or a partner to our clients. When a business buys our AI software to improve their marketing, they need guidance to get the best results. Your job is not just to answer their questions, but to proactively help them win. If they succeed, they stay with us.
Key Responsibilities (What Will You Do)
- Be the Primary Point of Contact (End-to-End Management):
- You are the face of the company for your assigned clients. You will guide them from the moment they sign up, ensuring they know how to use our AI tools effectively.
- Prevent Client Drop-offs (Zero Churn):
- What this means: Your main goal is to keep clients happy so they stay with us. You do this by solving their problems before they become frustrations.
- Conduct Health Checks & Reporting:
- What this means: You won't just wait for them to call you. You will check their accounts regularly to see if they are getting good results. You will present reports to show them the value they are getting from us.
- Speedy Resolution (SLA & TAT Management):
- What this means: When a client raises an issue, you ensure it is fixed within the promised time (SLA). You manage the Turn Around Time (TAT) for all their requests so they never feel ignored.
- Identify Growth Opportunities (Upselling):
- What this means: Since you know the client's business best, you will spot when they are ready for an upgrade. If they need more features or better results, you will pitch the right higher-tier plan to them.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a client-facing role. (Experience in B2B or SaaS is a bonus).
- Bonus Skill:Any exposure to Digital Marketing (concepts, tools, or campaigns) will be an added advantage.
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Any stream).
- Key Skill Customer Obsession: You genuinely care about helping people. You don't just close tickets; you solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is required. You need to be clear, polite, and professional.
- Location: Must be based in Kochi (or willing to relocate) for a Hybrid work model.
