About the Role
At AutomateTech Digital Solutions, we're building a high-performance digital advertising ecosystem powered by data and automation.
We're looking for a Client Success Executive (0–2 years / Freshers welcome) who can help us deliver a seamless client experience across campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Be the point of contact for client communication and support
- Assist in campaign onboarding, setup coordination & execution
- Work closely with Ad Ops, Tech & Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor campaigns and highlight performance gaps or issues
- Help prepare reports, insights & performance summaries
- Respond to client queries via email, calls, and meetings
- Ensure a great onboarding experience for new clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Support monthly/quarterly reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement & satisfaction
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest are encouraged)
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / advertising (a plus)
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint / Google Sheets
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
CTC- Up to 3.6 Lakhs ( INR)
